The Twelfth Doctor Crombie Style Coat-Budget Alternative

With 'Deep Breath', the first episode of Doctor Who Series 8 just around the corner, I have been searching the internet for items to use for a Peter Capaldi cosplay on a budget. Certainly, the cost of buying a Crombie coat on which the 12th Doctor's is based upon is way beyond my budget, but luckily I found this rather similar alternative on Ebay (New with tags, and it appears that there are a few in stock, size depending). The best thing is that I found this coat without much searching-simply typing in something like 'men's overcoat' will produce the desired result with some scrolling. It is available in 3 colours and with a variety of linings, but the one you'll want for the Capaldi  look will be the Black/Red option. Available in sizes small to 5x large (depending on stock), it is priced at a very reasonable £45.98. The only issue I can see is that in the description it states in block capitals: 'YOU COULD RECEIVE THIS ITEM IN BLACK, RED OR GREEN LINING.' To me this appears that actually getting the coat with the all-important red lining is a lottery, however the fact that the black coat can be selected as a Black/Red coat suggests that you can specify for red lining, but if a standard black coat is ordered then the lining could be any of the three. Although Capaldi's coat is in fact a very dark Navy Blue, this is the best low-budget option I have found so far. Buy the coat on Ebay
